Every Arino Homes project begins with careful site work — grading, drainage planning, and excavation shaped to the property. We survey the land, protect surrounding trees, and set the stage for a foundation engineered to last generations.
Foundation & Structural Base
Poured-in-place concrete foundations with steel reinforcement, followed by pressure-treated sill plates and a level structural pad. The strongest possible base for a luxury home.
Rough Utilities & Site Prep
Rough plumbing, electrical conduit, and drain lines are routed before backfill. Getting this phase right is what separates a house that ages well from one that doesn't.
Waterproofing & Drainage
Foundation walls receive a full waterproof membrane along with perimeter drain tile and gravel — one of the biggest reasons Arino Homes stay dry, healthy, and valuable decades later.
First-Floor Framing
